Official launching of the new Shape bicycles front load stems

After publishing a first image of our new stem, it’s available right now ! We officially launch our front load stem, which we developed based on a first idea of Bruno Abiven and completed with all others Shape bicycles riders’ opinion ; this is the reason we called it the “Front load TEAM stem”. We wanted to create a complementary product to our current top load OG stem, which is simple and without any unnecessary details. This is why we chose starting with a front load design and several removing material without compromising strength of the product; all complemented by several engraving logos of the brand. It is available with a split cap (inspired by Jared Ball's cap), stainless steel bolts; raw only, for 94,90€. To know all about this new Shape bicycles’ product, watch the video below – enjoy !

Bruno Abiven rides at home

Our rider from Brittany – Bruno Abiven enjoys summer season as he rides as much as he can on his own trail. We were able to appreciate Bruno’s trail with Pompom from La source who stayed a couple of days with us. Between sessions, Pompom enjoyed taking some photos, like those below, Bruno throwing a table and a turndown - enjoy !

Evolution of the Shape bicycles’top load stem

We’ve just received a new batch of our top load stems; which are now called OG top load stem” - OG means Original to emphasize the fact that it’s the first stem we designed. They have changed lately as we added an engraving logo around the place of the steerer tube; in order to affirm much the brand on the product. OG top load stems are available with split cap (Jared Ball signature), in polished aluminum for 94.90€.

Shape bicycles is back from overseas – Crazy trip in UK

Shape bicycles is back in the French time after spending 5 days in England; where weather was sunny for a lovely trail trip. Our HQ during our stay was the Woodyard trail, located at Melbourn where the Derelict crew is based. We are able to enjoy beautiful white lips and the several endless lines dig by Dave king and his team, but we also discovered a couple of other trails: Dany Prout’s and Jimmy Pratt’s trail. These two spots where located in the woods, where we managed to avoid hot temperature while having good sessions under trees ! I let you read the full report of the trip on the Lifetrail blog, as well as having a look at some photos which illustrated these days in England – FUCKERS ! Lifetrail blog
